As the Head - Finance, Administration and Operations at ANAPRI, she directs the consortium's financial strategy and operational systems to ensure robust support for regional policy research.

During her tenure at TechnoServe, Mwaka sharpened her expertise in managing complex financial portfolios and donor-funded projects. Her background is characterized by a strong focus on internal audits, compliance, and the implementation of rigorous internal controls to ensure organizational transparency and efficiency.

Mwaka is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and holds a full CIMA professional qualification, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Mulungushi University. She is dedicated to leveraging data-driven insights and streamlined financial processes to foster sustainable growth.
