The Africa Network of Agricultural Policy Research Institutes (ANAPRI) invites applications from high-calibre, self-constituted teams of experts to design its Global and Africa-Based Resource Mobilisation and Sustainability Architecture.
As ANAPRI continues to expand its continental reach and policy impact, building a diversified and sustainable resource base is essential to supporting its long-term institutional growth. This strategic assignment will help ANAPRI identify and prioritise actionable financing opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, explore sustainable revenue models and develop a practical five-year resource mobilisation strategy.
The selected team will undertake a comprehensive scan of relevant African and global financing ecosystems, moving beyond desk-based mapping to validate and prioritise opportunities that ANAPRI can realistically pursue. The assignment will also examine institutional sustainability models, long-term financing mechanisms, endowments, private-sector engagement and other approaches that can strengthen ANAPRI’s financial resilience.
